At Beauty Care by Luba, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders—no matter the size.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once your order is handed off to our shipping partner, you’ll receive a tracking number and your package will be on its way.
During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has shipped, and delivery time will depend on your location. While most U.S. customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.
We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed!


Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@beautycarebyluba.com within 24 hours.
We cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe, and Beauty Care by Luba is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

If our system flags an issue with your shipping details, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your address. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Delayed Deliveries

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work hard to ship quickly, sometimes delays happen due to external issues like weather, courier disruptions, or customs. If we anticipate a delay or experience a processing issue, we’ll notify you right away.

Please note: Beauty Care by Luba is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, responsibility is transferred to the courier. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived—or if it’s lost—please contact the courier directly to start a claim.
You can also reach out to us at support@beautycarebyluba.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you and follow up with the courier.

Please note that lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds, but we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
