Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, we may not be able to modify your order as it will likely be in processing. If your cancellation is confirmed within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We package each order with care, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@beautycarebyluba.com within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage.
We'll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that cosmetic damage to packaging (like dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer handling.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping and aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible. However, Beauty Care by Luba is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, you must notify us within 24 hours. Orders shipped to an incorrect address that was not corrected within that time frame will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
